Webinar's aftertaste; Circular & Bio-economy in the Wine Sector
The circular and bioeconomy in the wine sector webinar took place on the 15th of July 2020 and it aimed to bring together various players, to show what practices have been developed and to seek jointly opportunities and instruments to that could be used has guide to relaunch of economy after covid crisis. It started with a general presentation about the made by Miguel Cachão from AVIPE about the principles of C.E. in wine sector, then a presentation of a case study – Borba’s Cooperative Winery – that showed the practices developed. Followed of a presentation of a research center about the use of wine pomace to feed algae that will feed small ruminants. Then a presentation made by Nicola Cerantola about circular network creation: empowering supply chain thought collaboration and finally a communication made from Elena Curtopassi from the welfare polices of Veneto Region Bruxelles office about the funding opportunities
